Kofi Kingston makes his way out to the ring for a match, wearing a Raw shirt to remind everyone that he will be on Raw after this week. As soon as his pyrotechnics are finished, he is assaulted from behind by Sheamus on his very first night of Smackdown. He beats him all the way down to the ring, shoving Kingston into the barricades and the steel steps when they arrive at the bottom. He gets him into the ring finally and delivers a Brogue Kick to knock Kingston out. Sheamus picks up his U.S. Title and retreats up the ramp.
