Sheamus vs. The Great Khali

The bell rings and Sheamus goes right to work, kicking at Khali’s knee before locking in a headlock. Khali picks Sheamus up and slams him down to break the hold. Khali stomps away at Sheamus’ ribs in the corner, ripping at the tape around Sheamus’ midsection. Khali picks Sheamus up and delivers a huge chop in the corner, then another. Khali delivers a big clothesline before locking in a nerve hold on Sheamus. Sheamus fights up and out of the hold, delivering a couple of big blows, and taking Khali down by going for the knees. Sheamus traps Khali’s arm in the rope and delivers a series of huge clubbing blows across Khali’s chest. Sheamus goes to the apron and delivers a big knee to the side of Khali’s head. Sheamus goes to the top rope and hits a huge shoulder block. Sheamus gets himself psyched up while Khali gets to his feet, but he’s attacked by Jinder, forcing the DQ. Sheamus tries to fight off Jinder, but the numbers game catches up to him.

Winner by DQ: Sheamus

After the match Khali throws Sheamu to the outside. Khali sends Sheamus into the ring post and goes for a chop, but Sheamus ducks and Khali connects with the post. Sheamus hits the bicycle kick to Khali but Mahal puts him right down. Jinder sends Sheamus into the ring but Sheamus comes up with a big clothesline right away. Sheamus picks Mahal up and delivers a big, delayed Celtic Cross to a big pop from the crowd.

Cena’s music and comes out to the stage and says to the camera that we should be there, this is awesome! Cena then runs and slides into the ring. He asks how everyone is. Mixed emotions, he love it. The heat and pop grow. He’s a bit uneasy as ADR’s actions, than his words. He said he’s be an upstanding Champ with class. ADR’s actions show that he doesn’t have class is a coward Champ and has mastered the ancient art of “BLEEP!” (No clue what Cena said, but the announcers were shocked by it.) That’s fine, every action has repercussions. The repercussion will be Cena kicking ADR’s teeth so far down his throat that they will be down at the other end. Cena tells ADR to come get some!

Mark Henry comes out looking really mad. Video of Henry slamming Sheamus. Cena’s talking about getting some? He’s down to get some. He’s dismantled Kane, Big Show and others. Last week he slammed Sheamus on those stairs. Cena will join the hall of pain. Whoever wins the Cage Match tomorrow will feel the pain. At NOC Henry will be WWE Heavyweight Champ.

Christian out to the ring. After Christian beats Orton tomorrow night, Henry will face him at NOC. Cena makes Christian sick to his stomach. He can’t sand someone who whines, bitches and complains until he gets what he wants. Cena said that he wasn’t whining, this is whining. Cena puts on a whiney voice and asks why Christian comes out every week looking orange with his fake tan! Doesn’t he know this is HDTV? Why does Henry’s breath smell like funnel cakes filled with dog crap. If they want some, or leave.

Christian says there’s two of them and one of Cena. Christian tells Henry they can’t take that. Sheamus runs full boar into the ring. Sheamus sides with Cena as Christian flees. Finally Henry backs off and leaves.

Henry & Christian vs. Sheamus & Cena

Christian is in the ring with Henry. Sheamus comes out with his ribs taped and solid gash or burn on his right thigh. Cena comes out the way he always does. Cena throws his shirt out and it didn’t come back this time.

Sheamus and Christian start. Sheamus with blows, but Christian back with a big blow. Double handed to Christian’s face. Christian back with blows, but flees and tags out. Henry in talking smack. Bitch slap to Sheamus, Sheamus pushes back, then goes after Henry’s leg, then a blow to his head. Another kicks to Henry, but he comes back with a huge clothesline. Henry rips at Sheamus’ bandaging.

Christian tags in to stomp Sheamus. Stomping on Sheamus in a corner. Front facelock on Sheamus on the mat. Cena calls inspiration to Sheamus. Sheamus almost makes it to Cena, but no luck. Henry tags in a Sheamus gets shoulders to the gut in the heel corner. Henry stands on Sheamus’ chest while holding the ropes.

Christian tags in and stomps Sheamus. Christian flies, but Sheamus grabs him in the air and hits a backbreaker. Cena gets the hot tag and hitting shoulder blocks, then a slam on Christian five knuckle shuffle, then up for the AA, but Christian flees to a corner. Cena comes back with a whip and a splash. Cena gets Christian up and slams him to the mat. Cheap shot sends Henry flying. Christian off a corner and gets him up for the AA, but Christian grabs the top rope. Christian tries to flee but ends up trapped with an STF! Henry breaks it up with a boot to Cena’s head. Henry clotheslines Sheamus. Henry rushes Sheamus on the bottom rope, but Sheamus moves and pulls the middle rope down for Henry to fly out of the ring. Sheamus runs the apron and shoulder blocks Henry to the floor!

In the ring Cena eats a spear, but Cena gets free. Christian gets a hold on Cena, wanting to hit the killswitch. Cena lets Christian go, right into a brogue kick. An AA from Cena and he gets the three.

Winners – Cena & Sheamus

Sheamus triumphed over Mark Henry by count-out, the same way his adversary had bested him at SummerSlam. But, the luck of the Irish ultimately fell short when The World’s Strongest Man left The Celtic Warrior’s body print on the steel ring steps.

Bret says he can’t fight the law, and Christian got his rematch, but it will be a Steel Cage match, so Christian won’t have anymore excuses.

Just as an arguing is about to start, Mark Henry interrupts both. He says he has been with this company for 15 years, and he never was this disrespected. He earned an title match and if he doesn’t get it, somebody is going to get hurt. He tells Bret not to speak until he is finished. He wants the winner of the cage match the next week after tuesday’s special. And he can promise Bret that as much as he respect him and everything he done for the business, he can’t be held responsible when he gets angry. Bret asks if he is trying to intimidate him and Henry says he doesn’t have to intimidate nobody.

We get yet another interruption as Sheamus comes to the ring, who tells a story to the World’s Strongest Man. His uncle used to own a farm in Ireland. His uncle had a big, mean, ugly black bull. The bull would chase all the other farm animals away. So one day his uncle had enough, and he had that bull castrated. He tells to Henry not to make Sheamus have to do the same to him, and rushes to the ring.

Sheamus duckes two clotheslines and attacks with double arm clotheslines, sending Henry out of the ring. Henry goes to the back as Sheamus’ music plays and the announcers plug the main event between the two. They also announce World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase tonight in a non-title match as we go to the break.

Summerslam Rematch: Mark Henry vs. Sheamus

They lock-up to start and Mark pushes Sheamus. They stare, circle eachother, lock-up and again Henry pushes the Celtic Warrior down. Sheamus then ducks another lock up and uses hammer punches
on Henry’s back. Mark whips Sheamus to the corner, runs towards him but eats a boot and Sheamus tries to cut down size by clipping Henry’s left leg and continues pounding with hammer fists, mudhole stomps and a running knee to the face of Mark Henry. Cover and two count. They stand up but Henry pushes Sheamus to the ropes, only to eat another kick in the face. When Sheamus tries a clothesline though, he eats a big boot from Henry. Mark then goes for a corner body splash and a backbreaker for a two count. He taunts Sheamus and whips him strong to the corner. After that, he chokes him using the ropes. Sheamus fights back but takes a headbutt. After that he steps on Sheamus’ arm, lifts him back up and puts him on a bearhug. Sheamus fights back with headbutts but is stopped by Henry who pushes him to the corner. Henry runs towards him but eats an elbow. Sheamus tries to go to the top turnbuckle but Henry catches him in a military press, but Sheamus counters it into a DDT and both are down. They stand up at six and Sheamus goes for his double arm clotheslines, with the final being a flying one. Sheamus then goes for his hammer clubs when Mark is stuck on the ropes. After that three knees on the apron. Goes to the top and a top rope shoulder block for two. Mark rolls out of the ring but Sheamus goes after him, only to be thrown outside instead. Henry throws Sheamus on the barricade and starts cleaning the announcers table. He picks Sheamus for the World’s Strongest Slam but Sheamus escapes and hits the Brogue Kick. Sheamus goes back to the ring, and Henry can’t make back in time.

Winner: Sheamus via countout

After the match Sheamus poses in the ring, Mark lookes angry and flips over the announcer table. He tries to get back in the ring, fitghting Sheamus away in the process, but Sheamus ultimately fends him off. Sheamus tries to dive into Henry from the apron, but is caught mid-air and gets his back driven on the mat’s hardwood. Henry picks Sheamus up for a slam, but Sheamus escapes and pushes him into the steel steps. Sheamus tries to throw the upper part of the steps into Henry, but he ducks and hits the Celtic Warrior with a clothesline. After that he picks up Sheamus and hits a World’s Strongest Slam on the steel steps. Mark Henry stands tall as the show ends.

Before our first match, Heath Slater says that he has been waiting for this all week. It all goes back to the battle royal last week. He says that he should be facing Randy Orton at Night of Champions, but he was taken out by a cheap shot from Sheamus. Now there is a bad moon on the rise and trouble is on Sheamus’ way thanks to the One Man Southern Rock Band.

Match Number One: Sheamus versus Heath Slater

They lock up and Sheamus backs Slater into the corner and the referee separates them. Slater with a punch and Sheamus wonders what that was for. Slater backs away from Sheamus but Sheamus corners him and he sends Slater into the corner and he punches Slater and follows with forearms. Sheamus slaps Slater and then he gets a near fall.

Sheamus with a punch and he takes Slater down. Sheamus with kicks and knees to Slater. Slater floats over Sheamus but Sheamus holds on to the ropes and then he connects with a running back elbow. Slater with a kick to the knee and then Slater punches Sheamus. Sheamus with a clothesline and then he goes up top but Slater recovers in time and he crotches Sheamus on the turnbuckle. Slater with a running drop kick that sends Sheamus to the floor.

Slater with a knee and kicks to Sheamus against the ring while they are still on the floor. Slater returns Sheamus to the ring and Slater gets a near fall. Slater with a kick and a reverse chin lock on Sheamus. Slater turns it into a front face lock but Sheamus powers out of the hold and he throws Slater across the ring. Sheamus gets to his feet first and he hits a running double sledge but he runs into a boot in the corner. Sheamus hits a power slam on Slater and then he puts Slater in the ropes and he connects with a seris of forearms across Slater’s chest followed by a running knee lift.

Sheamus gets ready for the Brogue Kick but Slater gets out of the way. Slater goes to the apron and then he drops Sheamus across the top rope. Slater with a kick to the back followed by a leaping neck breaker but he can only get a near fall. Slater goes up top but he is met with a Brogue Kick as he comes off and Sheamus hits the High Cross for the three count.

Winner: Sheamus

The Celtic Warrior gave Mark Henry a run for his money at SummerSlam, but was counted out of the match after The World’s Strongest Man smashed him through the ringside barricade.

After the commercial, Randy Orton is on his way to the ring to watch the main event, which is next.

Main Event: 20-Man Battle Royal

The participants are: Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, Jinder Mahal, The Great Khali, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, William Regal, Zack Ryder, Mark Henry, Johnny Curtis, Sin Cara, Sheamus, Wade Barrett, Ezekiel Jackson, Yoshi Tatsu, Trent Baretta. The count isn’t wrong, the 20-Man Battle Royal has actually 19 participants. They all start going after Mark Henry, while Khali protects Jinder Mahal in a corner. The World’s Strongest Man shrugs everyone off. Trent goes after Henry but is body dropped. Mark Throws Barretta off.

Mark Henry eliminates Trent Baretta

Henry then headbutts Yoshi Tatsu and clotheslines him over the top rope.

Mark Henry eliminates Yoshi Tatsu

Everyone is battling out as Khali protects Mahal and Henry looks over. Barrett tries to throw out Johnny Curtis but he hangs on, only to be met with a right hand by Barrett and he is out.

Wade Barrett eliminates Johnny Curtis

Both Usos try to eliminate Slater and Gabriel tries to throw Rhodes off. When Khali leaves Mahal for some time, Regal tries to seize in the moment but is caught by Khali with a chest chop. Khali then goes back to protecting Mahal while the others battle. After a handful of elimination attempts, Sin Cara drags Zack Ryder out by the arm, over the top rope.

Sin Cara eliminates Zack Ryder

Ezekiel Jackson then throws Cody Rhodes off, but Rhodes hangs on and skins the cat, only to be clotheslined by Big Zeke, who gets some revenge for his loss earlier in the show.

Ezekiel Jackson eliminates Cody Rhodes

Jackson then goes after Khali, throwing some punches to the gut, then stops to taunt and gets a corner clothesline which also damages Mahal who is behind Khali. He goes for another one but finds himself in the receiving end of a Khali Chop. Khali then throws Zeke out.

The Great Khali eliminates Ezekiel Jackson

Mark Henry then stares at Khali, and the two monsters stalk each other. Henry pushes Khali right in the face and the Punjabi Nightmare gives Henry a Khali Chop. He then goes to the Vise Grip but Henry powers out of it, and World Strongest Slams Khali over the top rope for his third elimination!

Mark Henry eliminates The Great Khali

Sheamus and Mahal go after Henry. Sheamus gives him his double-hand clothesline, and Mark rolls out of the ring, but he is not eliminated because he rolled through the bottom rope. Henry watches from the outside as Heath Slater tries to put Sheamus in a Sleeper, but Sheamus shurgs him off. Slater lands on the apron, but eats a Brogue Kick and he is out.
