Things break down as soon as the bell rings and Sheamus eliminates Darren Young, then one of the Uso’s. Everyone is simply brawling and trying to eliminate each other. JTG is eliminated by someone, didn’t catch who. Curt Hawkins is launched from the ring by Ezekiel Jackson. Zeke and Sheamus eye each other and start brawling in the center of the ring. Sheamus gets the best of him, but when he goes to toss him out, Zeke hits him with a big clothesline. Sheamus ducks another clothesline, sending Zeke over the top with a back body drop before eliminating Johnny Curtis. The other Uso and Kofi Kingston are also eliminated, as is Yoshi Tatsu, by Tyson Kidd I think. Kidd eliminates Ted Dibiase but he’s pulled out by Hornswoggle and Kidd is eliminated right as we go to commercial.

Back from break and we’re down to seven men in the ring. Justin Gabriel is pushed to the floor and eliminated by Jinder Mahal. Titus O’Neal dominates, hitting a huge spinebusted on Tyler Reks, but he’s clotheslined over the top by Sheamus. When Sheamus turns around he’s attacked by Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater, who choke him. Sheamus comes right back, taking them out and Hunico to for good measure. Tyler Reks gets in a shot at Sheamus, but Sheamus mounts him and hits him with repeated rights. Sheamus and Reks leave the ring through the ropes and everyone follows after them. Everyone gangs up on Sheamus and throw him into the barricade hard, taking him out. Everyone gets back into the ring, and Mahal points out that Hornswoggle is still under the ring. The heels go out and go under the ring to look for him. Mahal finds him and everyone gets back into the ring. Slater shoves ‘Swoggle down to the mat, then so does Hunico. Everyone kicks at Hornswoggle. Mahal and Reks picks him up by his arms and legs, but Sheamus is back in and cleans house to prevent it. Sheamus eliminates Reks, then Hunico, then Mahal before kicking Slater over the top rope. It’s down to Sheamus and Hornswoggle.

‘Swoggle tells Sheamus to bring it on. Sheamus tells Hornswoggle to leave the ring, but ‘Swoggle refuses, instead telling Sheamus to leave. Sheamus looks amused, but then Hornswoggle kicks him in the shin. He goes to do it again but Sheamus grabs him by the throat. Sheamus tries to eliminate Hornswoggle, but ‘Swoggle grabs on to the top rope and won’t let go. Sheamus goes out to the apron, and ‘Swoggle eventually lets go. Sheamus tells Hornswoggle to get down. ’Swoggle asks Sheamus for a hug first, but he pushes Sheamus from the apron down to the floor, winning the match.

Winner: Hornswoggle

Sheamus doesn’t look too happy, but he’s a good sportsman, raising Hornswoggle’s arm and putting him on his shoulder to celebrate his victory.

This Week: 6 - Last Week: 6

The Celtic Warrior’s Irish ire got him disqualified from Sunday’s Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match, but he bounced back with wins on Monday and Friday.

SHEAMUS & ZACK RYDER vs. U.S. champion DOLPH ZIGGLER & JACK SWAGGER (w/Vickie Guerrero)

Cole starts off with a tirade about Ryder needing to earn his match with Ziggler. He makes a good point that he got squashed by Del Rio on Raw, and doesn’t deserve any title shots. Sheamus works a headlock on Ziggler to start and Dolph has a tough time getting out. He finally shoots Sheamus into the ropes and catches him with a dropkick to the mouth. Ziggler plays to the crowd as Sheamus looks on in frustration. Headlock takeover by Sheamus, Dolph tries shooting him again, this time Sheamus puts on the brakes and Dolph come sup short on the dropkick. Sheamus lets Dolph tag in Swagger. Waistlock takedown by Swagger, then Sheamus’s temper comes out as he tees off on Swagger and ties him up in the ropes and clubs his chest. Sheamus dumps Swagger to the floor and sends Ziggler out to him to when he tries to interfere. Ryder gets tagged in and he flies over the top rope with the Ryder Revolution as Smackdown takes a commercial break!

Ryder is unleashing on Ziggler in the corner when Smackdown comes back. Ziggler tags in Swagger and Ryder tags in Sheamus, who catapult shoulder blocks Swagger to the ground. Swagger answers back with a huge shoulder tackle of his own and he tags in Ziggler. Ziggler aggressively attacks Sheamus and tags Jack back in and he works a submission hold on Sheamus.

Back body drop by Swagger who tries a Swaggerbomb, but Sheamus gets the knees up. Tag to Ryder who unloads on Swagger who didn’t tag Dolph in and he nails Jack with the Broski Boot, then gets distracted by Dolph before he can make a pin attempt. Tag to Dolph who tries a neckbreaker, but gets rolled up for two. Dolph is pissed and reacts by kicking him incessantly while he is down. Abdominal stretch by Ziggler followed by a neckbreaker and Dolph nips up! Showing off, Ziggler style! He tags in Swagger who slams Ryder and forces him into the heel corner. Ryder fights off both heels for a second, then he becomes overrun by both men. Double team fame-asser gets a two count as Sheamus breaks up the pin. Dolph puts his boot on Zack’s face while he tags in Swagger. Scoop slam into a Swaggerbomb for a two count.

Tag back to Dolph who gets rolled up for two and Dolph pops back to his feet and dropkicks Ryder. Ryder crawls towards Sheamus, Dolph lets him get close, then pulls him back to the heel corner and tags Jack back in. Swagger cheapshots Sheamus and Sheamus tries getting in the ring, but gets stopped by the ref while Dolph and Jack double team Ryder. Another tag is teased, but Swagger runs Ryder kidney first into the turnbuckle. He places Zack on the middle turnbuckle and Zack surprises him with a tornado DDT.

Hot tag to Sheamus who goes to town on Dolph with a series of clotheslines. Sheamus sets up the Celtic Cross and Ryder blind tags in. Brogue Kick to Swagger sends him out, Dolph misses a Zig-Zag on Sheamus, and Ryder blindsides him with the Rough Ryder for the pin!

WINNERS: Sheamus and Zack Ryder by pinfall in 12:00.

Cole talks about social media as Sheamus heads to the ring. Cole and Booker talk about Sheamus’ temper. A pissed Swagger head for the ring, Vickie in tow.

They lock up. Sheamus taken down. Blows to the back of Sheamus’ neck. Both up, Swagger put in a corner. A big blow on Swagger, then more and they appear to be working stiff. Swagger slides from the ring and demands the ref contain Sheamus. Scoop slam to Sheamus, then Swagger leg drop missed as Sheamus moves. Swagger slammed, then a running knee to Swagger’s face for two. Sheamus gets Swagger in a corner, then backed off. Sheamus eats and elbow, then slammed to the mat. Swagger uses the corner to splash Sheamus on the mat as Vickie screeches outside. Arm hold on Sheamus. Knees to Sheamus’ gut, then forearms to his back. Swagger wrenches Sheamus’ arms back. Sheamus to his feet but Swagger takes him right back down. Sheamus back to his feet and slams his head back to get free. Ax handles to Swagger’s chest, then blows in a corner. Slams Swagger to the mat for two.

Sheamus climbs, Swagger knocks the ropes, Sheamus lands on his feet, then Swagger ducks the Brogue kick. Swagger grabs Sheamus’ ankle and locks it on, but Sheamus kicks out. Brogue kick to Swagger and it’s over.

Winner: Sheamus

Sheamus celebrates and looks down at Swagger who rolls out of the ring in the direction of Vickie.

Wade Barrett is the first man from his team to make his way down to the ring. I can’t tell if it’s the new layout of the arena, or what, but this crowd seems pretty subdued for an NYC crowd. Jack Swagger is out next, and he too gets a pretty poor reaction.

Ziggler is the third man out for his team, saying ‘oh, I’m gonna follow me’ on his way out. Hunico is out next, and the crowd are absolutely sitting on their hands. Cody Rhodes is the final man out to the ring for his team, and he gets a decent reaction from the crowd. Cody is sans mask.

Sheamus is the first man to come out for Team Orton, and he gets a nice pop from the crowd. Sin Cara is the second man out for his team. Kingston is out third, and he gets a nice reaction from the crowd as well.

Mason Ryan is out next, and the crowd don’t seem too amped up for him either. Team Captain Randy Orton is the last man out for his team and he gets a really good pop from the crowd on his way to the ring.

It looks like Ziggler and Kingston will be kicking things off for their respective teams. We get a lock up and Ziggler and Kofi chain wrestle for a bit, trading holds. Ziggler hits a big shoulderblock, but when he goes for a suplex Kofi lands on his feet. Kofi goes for a kick but misses so Ziggler hits one of his own for a near fall.

Kofi goes for the SOS, but misses. Kofi gets the tag to Orton who comes in and hits an RKO, pinning and eliminating Ziggler.

Dolph Ziggler has been eliminated

Team Barrett bail to the outside to talk amongst themselves but it’s broken up by Orton. Things break down and everyone is brawling. The heels are sent from the ring and Kofi and Cara go over the top at the same time. Cara’s dive was nasty, not connecting well, and he looks to have gone down hurt. Trainers are checking on him and everyone seems confused as to what to do. Justin Roberts announces Sin Cara is gone.

Sin Cara is eliminated

Orton and Rhodes are in the ring, and it looks like we’re finally going to continue the match. Orton kicks Cody and hits him with a nice European uppercut. Orton wrenches the arm and tags out to Ryan. Ryan comes in with a huge shoulderblock to Cody before picking him up and ramming him into the corner, repeatedly burying his shoulder in Rhodes’ midsection. Ryan goes for some kind of kick but Rhodes bails to the outside to avoid it. Barrett gives Rhodes a quick pep talk. Rhodes tags right out to Hunico. Hunico is brought into the match with a big hip toss. Ryan takes Hunico across the ring and tags in Kingston who comes in with a big stomp to Hunico.

Hunico sends Kofi into the corner hard, and this allows him to tag out to Barrett. Barrett comes in with a big punch to Kingston that puts him down for a two count. Barrett locks in a rear chin lock. Kofi fights to his feet just to be put back down for a near fall. Barrett locks in another rear chin lock. Kofi fights up to his feet and out of the hold. Both men go for and connect with clotheslines.

Hunico and Ryan tag in. Ryan hits a couple of clotheslines. Ryan catches Hunico ‘s cross body, and hits a couple of backbreakers and a huge fall away slam. Ryan gorilla presses Hunico. Hunico is able to get a blind tag to Rhodes who comes in and hits the beautiful disaster kick, and cross Rhodes for the three.

Mason Ryan is eliminated

Sheamus comes in and locks up with Rhodes, taking him into the corner where the ref breaks it up. Sheamus unloads on Cody in the corner, wearing him down for a near fall. Rhodes catches Sheamus with a kick to the chest, but Sheamus comes back with a big back elbow. Sheamus ties Rhodes up in the ropes and hits him with several clubbing blows across the chest before bringing him back into the ring and hitting a huge suplex for a two count.

Barrett attacks Sheamus on the outside, sending him back first into the apron hard. Barrett sends Sheamus back into the ring and goes for a quick pin but only gets two. Barrett beats on Sheamus with repeated rights before tagging in Hunico who comes in with a big dropkick to Sheamus’ leg. Sheaus fights back, punching and slapping at Hunico. Hunico tries to lock in a front face lock, but Sheamus tosses him off easily.

Kofi and Barrett tag in and Kofi hits Barrett with big punches and kicks before hitting a big dropkick. Kingston connects with the boom drop. He’s distracted by Rhodes, and this allows Barrett to attack. Barrett sends Kofi into the corner, but Kofi hits him with a a couple of boots. Kingston hits Swagger with a couple of boots but he’s ambushed by Barrett. Barrett connects with wasteland, and Kingston is pinned.

Kofi Kingston has been eliminated

Orton attacks Wade immediately but Wade is able to send him to the outside. Hunico tags in and hits a suicide dive on Orton. Hunico sends Orton into the ring and gets a two count before tagging out to Swagger. Swagger comes in and beats on Orton with punches and kicks for a bit. Orton tries to make the tag, but Swagger pushes him to his own corner and tags out to Rhodes. Rhodes hits a snap mare a peppers Orton with right hands.

Rhodes hits Orton with a big front suplex. but when he goes for the pin he still can’t get three. Rhodes locks in a rear chin lock to try and wear down Orton. Orton is able to fight up to his feet and out of the hold. Rhodes sends Orton into the corner and tries for a bulldog, but Orton tosses Rhodes away. Orton is able to tag out to Sheamus and

Swagger makes the tag. Sheamus beats on Swagger in the corner with huge clubbing blows before hitting a big clothesline. Sheamus goes up to the top and hits a flying forearm.

Hunico comes in but he’s sent right back out by Sheamus. Sheamus hits the Irish curse backbreaker on Swagger before kicking Rhodes from the ring. Sheamus goes for the Celtic cross but it’s broken up by Barrett, who’s also sent from the ring.

Sheamus buries knees in Swagger’s chest, and he doesn’t heed the ref who asks him to break by five. Sheamus is DQ’d.

Sheamus is eliminated

Sheamus is furious, so he hits Swagger with a bicycle kick on his way out. Orton crawls over and pins Swagger for three.

It’s rare Sheamus loses a match. That trend continued this week as The Celtic Warrior crushed Jack Swagger on WWE Raw SuperShow.
